Habits - Things that a person does often and almost without thinking especially something that is hard to stop doing, also usual behaviour.Habits are important because they make up what we do and what we do make up our character & behaviour.1 Cor 6:12"Everything is permissible for me" - but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me" - but I will not be mastered by anything.Everything is permissible, but is it beneficial?Habits may look innocent but it may turn out to be something we don't like. Example, reading a few comic books a day may be harmless, but reading them 8 hours a day and putting off other important things are BAD!!!Here are a few examples of bad habits
irresponsible
gossipping
judging people
not listening to parents
vanity
food
procrastinating
breaking school rules
deceitfulness
not reading the bible
drugs/smoking/alcohol
grumbling/complaining
breaking promises
interrupting people
not punctual
no disciplineIf we want to change our habits, we must first realize and acknowledge them.If you think about it for a while, all these habits, is it all about you? Do you procrastinate for your own convenience? Do you interrupt people because you want to speak? Do you judge people because you think you are so right? These are just a few examples but bad habits all come down to us, being selfish.

Formula One

Main article: Scuderia Ferrari

The Scuderia joined the Formula One World Championship in the first year of its existence, 1950. José Froilán González gave the team its first victory at the 1951 British Grand Prix.

Alberto Ascari gave Ferrari its first Drivers Championship a year later. Ferrari is the oldest team left in the championship, not to mention the most successful: the team holds nearly every Formula One record. As of 2007, the team's records include 15 World Drivers Championship titles (1952, 1953, 1956, 1958, 1961, 1964, 1975, 1977, 1979, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2007) 15 World Constructors Championship titles (1961, 1964, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1979, 1982, 1983, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2007), 201 Grand Prix victories, 4753.27 points, 603 podium finishes, 195 pole positions, 12,489 laps led, and 205 fastest laps in 758 Grands Prix contested.

Notable Ferrari drivers include Tazio Nuvolari, Juan Manuel Fangio, Luigi Chinetti, Alberto Ascari, Wolfgang von Trips, Phil Hill, Olivier Gendebien, Mike Hawthorn, Peter Collins, John Surtees, Lorenzo Bandini, Ludovico Scarfiotti, Jacky Ickx, Mario Andretti, Clay Regazzoni, Niki Lauda, Carlos Reutemann, Jody Scheckter, Gilles Villeneuve, Didier Pironi, Michele Alboreto, Gerhard Berger, Nigel Mansell, Alain Prost, Jean Alesi, Eddie Irvine, Rubens Barrichello, Michael Schumacher, Kimi Räikkönen, and Felipe Massa.

The Scuderia Ferrari drivers for the 2006 F1 season were Michael Schumacher and Felipe Massa. At the end of the 2006 season the team courted controversy by continuing to allow Marlboro to sponsor them after they, along with the other F1 teams, made a promise to end sponsorship deals with tobacco manufacturers. A five year deal worth a reported $500 million was agreed.[citation needed]

The drivers competing in 2007 were Felipe Massa and Kimi Räikkönen. Räikkönen went on to win the drivers championship, with Massa finishing 4th

My HeRoO..

Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness.
We seek your direction and your guidance. We know Your Word says, 'Woe
to those who call evil good.' But that is what we have done.

We have lost our spiritual equilibrium. We have
inverted our values. We have ridiculed the absolute truth of your word
in the name of moral pluralism. We have worshipped other gods and called it
multiculturalism.

We have endorsed perversion and called it alternative lifestyle.

We have exploited the poor and called it a lottery. We've neglected
the needy and called it self preservation. We have rewarded laziness and called
it welfare. In the name of choice, we have killed our unborn. In the name
of right to life, we have killed abortionists.

We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self
esteem. We have abused power and called it political savvy. We have
coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it taxes. We have polluted the air
with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression. We have
ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it
enlightenment.

Search us, Oh God, and know our hearts today. Try us. Show us any
wickedness within us. Cleanse us from any sin and set us free. Guide and bless
these men and women who have been sent here

Proton (carmaker)

Proton is the Malaysian national carmaker (Malay acronym for PeRusahaan OTOmobil Nasional, 'National Automobile Enterprise'), which was established in 1983 under the direction of the former Prime Minister, Tun Mahathir Mohamad. Proton Holdings Berhad was been listed in Bursa Saham Malaysia.

Based on technology and parts from Mitsubishi Motors, production of the first model, the Proton Saga began in September 1985 at its first manufacturing plant in Shah Alam, Selangor. Initially the components of the car were entirely manufactured by Mitsubishi but slowly local parts were being used as technologies were transferred and skills were gained. The 100,000th Proton Saga was produced in January 1989.

Until the end of the 1990s, the car's logo featured the crest from Malaysia's coat of arms, featuring a crescent and a fourteen-pointed star. The new Proton logo features a stylized tiger head. In 1993, a model called Proton Wira was introduced based on the Mitsubishi Lancer/Colt. More than 220,000 units were sold between 1996 and 1998. Proton Perdana, based on the Mitsubishi Galant/Eterna, was first produced in 1995, intended for higher end market.

By 2002 Proton held a market share of over 60% in Malaysia, which was reduced to barely 30% by 2005 and is expected to reduce further in 2008 when AFTA mandates reduce import tariffs to a maximum of 5%.

Proton Waja (Proton Impian in UK) is the first car model designed internally by Proton. It was launched in early 2001

With the acquisition of Lotus technologies in 1996 from ACBN Holdings (a company owned by the same person who owned Bugatti), Proton has gained an additional source of engineering and automotive expertise. This led to the production of Proton Gen-2 which was code name Wira Replacement Model (WRM) before the launch. The Gen-2 is the first of cars to be manufactured and assembled at the new manufacturing plant in Tanjung Malim, Perak which is part of Proton City development project. The plant was opened in 2004. On June 8, 2005 Proton introduced the second model to be manufactured in Tanjung Malim, the 1,200cc 5-door supermini, the Proton Savvy. Both the Gen-2 and Savvy, were models that MG Rover was looking to rebadge when the British firm entered into collaboration talks with Proton. However these joint-venture talks were unsuccessful and MG Rover subsequently collapsed.

In 2007, Proton launch its new sedan as replacement version for Gen-2 Sedan but with new name, Persona. The new Proton Saga replacement model (codename Proton BLM) was launched on 18th January 2008. The new Saga is based on the Savvy platform, but using Campro 1.3L instead of Renault engine.

Heart Attack-Are We At Risk

In one your lifetime, you must ever heard someone said "He was died because of heart attack last night". Then there are someone else said "How can he got a heart attack" and "You must always asking are the heart attack is very dangerous..do I will have heart attack one day..but what is the sign of it and the most important what is the heart attack??"

A heart attack happened when the blood supply to part of the heart muscle itself, the myocardium, is stopped.

The reduction or stoppage happens when one or more of the coronary arteries supplying blood to the heart muscle was blocked. This is usually caused by the buildup of plaque (deposits of fat-like substances), a process called atherosclerosis. The plaque can eventually break into piece, tear or rupture, creating a "snag" where a blood clot forms and blocks the artery. This leads to a heart attack.

If the blood supply is cut off for more than a few minutes, muscle cells suffer permanent injury and die. This can kill or disable someone, depending on how much heart muscle is damaged.

Sometimes a coronary artery temporarily contracts or goes into spasm. When this happens the artery narrows and blood flow to part of the heart muscle decreases or stops. We're not sure what causes a spasm. A spasm can occur in normal-appearing blood vessels as well as in vessels partly blocked by atherosclerosis. A severe spasm can cause a heart attack.

The medical term for heart attack is myocardial infarction. A heart attack is also sometimes called a coronary thrombosis or coronary occlusion.

The sign that you should take care of it if you realize that it is happened to you :

1. Chest discomfort. Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.

2. Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.

3. Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.

4. Other signs may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.

Please learn the signs of it, and remember this : Even if you're not sure about it, have it checked out and tell the doctor about your symptoms. Don't ever wait a
minute it you figure it symptoms. Fast action can save lives.

Dress and casual shoes

Dress shoes are categorized by smooth and supple leather uppers, leather soles, and narrow sleek figure. Casual shoes are characterized by sturdy leather uppers, non-leather outsoles, and wide profile.

Some designs of dress shoes can be worn by either gender. The majority of dress shoes have an upper covering, commonly made of leather, enclosing most of the lower foot, but not covering the ankles. This upper part of the shoe is often made without apertures or openings, but may also be made with openings or even itself consist of a series of straps, e.g. an open toe featured in women's shoes. Shoes with uppers made high to cover the ankles are also available; a shoe with the upper rising above the ankle is usually considered a boot but certain styles may be referred to as high-topped shoes or high-tops. Usually, a high-topped shoe is secured by laces or zippers, although some styles have elastic inserts to ease slipping the shoe on.
